Studio Giubbilei Pantaleo Porzio is a professional association of Chartered Accountants based in Turin.

Established in 2018 by professionals with previous significant experience, as a spin-off of a former organization of professionals, the Firm has gradually grown in order to create a structure operating in line with the founding principles and the vision of its name partners and founders.

Due to the strong skills acquired over thirty years of professional experience, the Firm provides corporate and tax consultancy mainly to medium-sized limited companies, serving clients operating in different business sectors, even in an international framework. Marco Giubbilei

PARTNER

He graduated in Economics at the University of Turin and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pinerolo, Ivrea and Turin since 1995 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 1999. He is also a registered CTU at the Civil and Criminal Court of Turin.

He currently holds corporate positions such as a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors, of Board of Companies Directors, and of Supervisory Boards, in conformity with D.Lgs.231/2001. In the past, he was appointed as a trusted liquidator of joint stock companies and representative of bondholders. His practice focuses on corporate taxation, extraordinary corporate transactions, tax planning of family assets and generational transfers, tax and accounting due diligence, appraisals, and valuations of companies, taxpayer advocacy in tax disputes.

Rosa Pantaleo

PARTNER

She graduated in Economics at the University of Turin and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pinerolo, Ivrea and Turin and a member of the Register of Auditors since 2003.

She currently holds corporate positions such as a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors and of the board of companies Directors. She deals with tax consultancy in favor of medium-sized companies and of individuals, and over the years she gained significant experience in assisting real estate companies.

Serena Porzio

PARTNER

She graduated with honors at Turin School of Management and Economics in 2012.
She has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Register of Auditors since 2015.

She has strong knowledge of Italian GAAP, and experience with US Gaap as a support for clients for reporting package purposes. She has large expertise with medium and large-sized companies, even part of international groups, with a very mixed portfolio of clients (industrial, manufacturing, chemical, food, IT). Areas of practice, among the others, include Superbonus 110% tax deductions and the transfer of other minor tax deductions related to refurbishment and energetic works (50%, 65% and 90%). She is a tutor in training activities within the Piero Piccatti and Aldo Milanese Training School of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, as a “Sherpa”. She holds positions as a member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors, also with auditing assignments, in companies operating in various sectors of activity.

Federico Cattaneo

PROFESSIONAL

Federico Cattaneo holds a degree in Accounting Professions from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Turin and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Pinerolo, Ivrea, and Turin. Professionally trained at the Giubbilei Pantaleo Studio, he primarily deals with accounting and tax matters in the corporate sector.
